Stretching
Stretching is essential for creating amazing shapes on the pole and excellent to feel great in your body. You will work on improving your general flexibility (legs, back, shoulders…)

Pilates
This activity is excellent to deeply reinforce the body in the respect of its natural anatomy. It improves posture, flexibility, balance and is also excellent to release tensions and pain. This class will elegantly tone your body.
